The Akash Test Series has more number of questions that may be tougher, while NEET does have competent questions, the quantity may be less. 

Any mock test is aimed to boost confidence and condition you to logically solve the number of questions in your entrance exam in given time. 

As regarding your score in these mock tests and correlation with NEET scores, I don't think we can predict success or failure in the final exam based on these. It is good to score high here and while it may reflect good preparation, a slightly lower score does not mean you cannot perform well. 

The battle isn't lost till the very end, you always have the option of fighting.
